The hotel is located centrally near stores, restaurants, downtown, and Manhattan Town Center. Close proximity to Huhot Mongolian Grill and other dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I liked that breakfast was included in the price.

Overall had really great stay on vacation. The rooms were cheap with good beds, the staff was attentive. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The location was magnificent, not too far from a shopping mall. I appreciated the hotel!

Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. I was able to easily access meetings and dining options with a short drive, and had no worries about parking.

I enjoyed the comfort of the bed and room. Everything appeared clean. I did notice it was difficult getting the coffee dispenser in the guest breakfast area to produce coffee. The attendant tried 3 times to make the coffee and each time it was too weak and looked like light tan water. Other than that all was fine.

The motel smelled of mold and dampness. Our room was dirty, the carpet had gravel rocks on it. The bedding was worn and thin and the bathroom floor was not very clean.

The room was good-sized and beautifully maintained with good beds. The location was convenient and exceptionally nice, just a 5-minute walk from Flint Hills Discovery Center Museum. The folks were top-class and patient.

The hotel met my needs for the stay. It was located on major streets that made accessing the town easy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable when I arrived and when I checked out.

The room was slightly below average in terms of being updated; however, it was clean and everything worked. For the money, I'd stay there again.
